Judy combines elements from the following yoga disciplines to create a unique session for each person’s requirements:

Vinyasa – a more athletic flow of poses coordinating breath to movement

Anusara – vinyasa flow with an emphasis on alignment and mind-body-heart connection

Slow Flow – series of poses held a little longer than in vinyasa

Ayurveda – ancient science used to balance different physical and emotional natures

Chair Yoga – yoga poses modified to be done while seated in a chair allowing accessibility to all

Yin – slow-paced series of poses on the floor held for longer periods of time

Alignment Basics – Poses concentrating on the precise details of body alignment and perfecting the form

Restorative – relaxing the body and mind using props to support gentle poses

Meditation – practice of focusing the mind to achieve mental and emotional clarity

Yoga Nidra – yogic sleep or deep state of consciousness; an intense meditation

From illness to injury, beginner, senior or stressed, Judy is available for private and small group classes.
