After a successful career in media marketing, Judy decided to follow her true passion and pursue her yoga lifework full-time.

The passion to begin this transition stemmed from her own path in physical healing through yoga, and the desire to share knowledge led to this journey. In Judy’s view, yoga is an emotional, mental, physical and integrative practice that heals, strengthens, balances and focuses the body, mind and soul.  She believes yoga is an invaluable and comprehensive tool for everybody navigating this demanding and complicated world.

Judy offers personalized instruction and inspiration — from new students of all ages to those interested in fine-tuning their practice as well as those who are injured or stressed, depressed or anxious. She also has specific experience working with seniors and those who are challenged by long-term illnesses or ailments.

Her interest and study in anatomy and physiology, and how the physical form correctly functions with breath and movement, is a continuous source of fascination and training.

Judy is a certified IAYT Yoga Therapist and a 500-RYT Yoga Teacher. Judy is grateful to the yoga therapy faculty and mentors at Prema Yoga Institute for their expertise and continued support.
